PolyCapture™ Gas Upgrading Systems
A highly specialized, robust purification system optimized for agro-industrial settings. PolyCapture™ technology offers exceptional reliability, low chemical overhead, and high-efficiency separation to yield premium gas outputs even under varying raw gas compositions.
Membrane Separation Systems
Utilizing state-of-the-art, high-permeability polymeric membranes, this system dries, compresses, and filters biogas. Methane molecules are cleanly separated from CO_2 via pressure differentials, offering a highly automated, compact, and easily scalable footprint.

By upgrading your biogas with GBL systems, your facility generates two distinct revenue or cost-saving streams:
1. High-Quality Biomethane
Can be compressed (CNG) for use as a clean vehicle fuel for logistics fleets, used as a direct pipeline substitute for natural gas, or burned in high-efficiency CHP engines for reliable corporate power.
2. Biogenic CO2 Capture
Reclaim carbon dioxide that would otherwise be vented. This green, non-fossil CO_2 can be purified for use in commercial greenhouses to accelerate plant growth, or utilized in industrial processing, drastically improving your facility's carbon accounting.
