Large Scale Soil Conditioning Setup

On this project, Grants Biotech Ltd designed and integrated a large-scale nutrient recovery and soil conditioning system to process the organic residues from a high-volume agro-processing facility. Our engineering team deployed advanced mechanical separation technology to split raw digestate into nutrient-dense liquid irrigation inputs and stable, weed-seed-free organic solids. To maximize the biological and commercial value of these agricultural outputs, we integrated a commercial vermiculture system that efficiently converts the recovered solids into premium, microbially active worm castings. The final setup successfully closes the agricultural loop by allowing the facility to displace expensive synthetic chemical fertilizers, improve regional soil health, and generate a new revenue stream from certified organic soil conditioners.
